KS Bank Announces Senior Executive Management Team Addition

KS Bank is pleased to announce an addition to its Senior Executive Management Team, effective June 1, 2023.

Tracy McKinley, previously the Information Technology Manager for KS Bank, has become the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of KS Bank. McKinley has worked with KS Bank for over 21 years.

McKinley will oversee, manage, and implement the bank’s information-related activities in this new role. She will develop policies and procedures, technical standards, methods, and schedules and oversee strategic working relationships between information systems and other functional areas. McKinley will lead the bank in strategic planning for informational technology and communications. In addition, McKinley will oversee physical facilities and banking equipment infrastructure.

Tracy McKinley said, “I am honored to have been promoted to the position of Chief Information Officer. I am passionate about technology and look forward to working with our team to continuously maintain and improve our information technology systems and applications.

McKinley lives in Smithfield with her husband and four sons. She has an Associate of Applied Science in Microcomputer Systems Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration. She has earned her Banking Security Manager certificate and Banking Incident Handler certificate. McKinley also works with local school and senior centers to teach people about cybersecurity issues, how to stay safe online, and avoid scams. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, restoring furniture, and promoting her recently released children’s book.
