Selma Christmas Celebration & Parade – Tuesday, December 5th

Celebrate the Christmas season in downtown Selma with entertainment, fireworks & more!
 

Selma, North Carolina — The Town of Selma will kick off the Christmas season  with a downtown Christmas Celebration and Parade on Tuesday, December  5th. 

Festivities will begin at 6:00 PM in front of Selma Town Hall. Events will begin with  singing and entertainment, a countdown to the official tree lighting, and more!  Arrive early to visit downtown shops and make plans to grab dinner or a treat  while strolling the snowy streets! 

The Christmas parade will follow at 7:00 PM, beginning at Selma Elementary  School. The route will travel down E Richardson Street, before turning right onto N Raiford Street and going by the Selma Town Hall. Santa will bring up the  parade end just in time to key the exciting fireworks display! 

The Town of Selma is still accepting parade entries. Be sure to register now! All  parade entries will be entered into the Selma Lions Club Parade Contest for a  chance to win awards sponsored by several local businesses.
