Local Developer Breaks Ground on Future Business Park
County and town leaders turned out to mark the investment in Selma

 
Selma, NC (August 30, 2021) – AdVenture Development, LLC hosted a groundbreaking ceremony at the site of the future Eastfield Business Park on Tuesday, August 24, 2021.

Ground was broken on the 135,000 SF industrial spec building at 101 E. Providence Blvd in Selma, NC. The spec building, also known as Building 100, is a state-of-the-art industrial project located in a certified North Carolina Opportunity Zone. The 36’ clear tilt up concrete building is suitable for advanced manufacturing, distribution or warehouse space-to-suit.

The property is the first to be developed in Eastfield, a 3 million SF mixed-use smart city development to include industrial, retail, medical, hospitality, senior living and residential space located at I-95 Exits 97 and 98 in the Triangle East Raleigh metro area.

AdVenture Development, a real estate developer and investor of mixed-use properties, serves as project developer for Eastfield, while Arco Design/Build will provide comprehensive design and construction services for Building 100.
