Leadership Johnston Applications Being Accepted

Applications Now Open for Leadership Johnston 2025 

Leadership Johnston, a premier professional development program in Johnston County, is now accepting applications for the 2025 class. The application window is open from September 1 through September 30, 2024.

Leadership Johnston is a collaborative effort between the Johnston County Chambers of Commerce and Johnston Community College, aimed at cultivating leadership skills and community engagement among professionals in the region. This program, presented by KS Bank, offers participants a comprehensive experience that blends leadership training with insights into the business community in the county.

Comprehensive Curriculum: Participants will engage in a series of classes, and experiential learning opportunities designed to enhance their leadership abilities and understanding of key community issues.

Networking Opportunities:The program offers unique access to a network of local business leaders, policymakers, and fellow professionals.

Leadership Development The program emphasizes both personal and professional growth, equipping participants with the skills and confidence to lead effectively.

Eligibility and Application Process

Leadership Johnston is open to professionals who are ready to take their career to the next level. The program meets the third Thursday of each month starting in January. On class days participants meet from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is also an overnight retreat and tourism day. The class does not meet in July.

To apply, interested individuals should visit www.leadershipjohnston.com and complete the online application by September 30, 2024.Tuition for the program is $1,750. There is a $500 discount for participants from members of any Johnston County Chamber of Commerce. There are limited scholarships available.
