Zaxby’s in Smithfield has been named the top-performing store among its 14 sister locations for the second year in a row. The achievement comes as part of an annual competition that evaluates stores across eight key performance categories over a 12-month period.
As the highest-scoring location, the Smithfield team has earned a coveted trip to Atlantis in the Bahamas, along with performance-based bonuses. The store previously won in 2023 and narrowly missed the top spot in 2022 by just 0.5 points.
