Selma, NC (October 28, 2025) – Lorie Jones, General Manager, Old North State Food Hall invited members of Activate Selma, and the Triangle East Chamber of Commerce to a ribbon-cutting marking the official opening of  PAT THAI, now serving Asian Fusion cuisine at Old North State Food Hall ONSFH.com at 67 JR Road, I-95, Exit 97 in Selma, NC.
Apple and Bobby Ray Stone, owners of PAT THAI opened to accolades from customers via GOOGLE reviews.  The following review received from Gerardo Gaytan, on Oct. 19, 2025, best describes this exciting new culinary experience at Old North State Food Hall, “The pho was flavorful, hot and made to order. It had the perfect level of spice and was absolutely delicious. The lady, who I believe was the owner or manager, was incredibly kind. After I placed my order, she asked if I wanted to add a meatball. Later, she checked in to see how everything was and even brought over fresh basil to add to the pho. The food and hospitality made this a phenomenal experience. I highly recommend stopping by this Thai spot in the food hall.”
“PAT THAI features appetizers, entrees, and our authentic Thai curries prepared fresh and packed with flavor,” stated Apple Stone, chef/owner, “We can’t wait to serve our authentic Thai dishes, as well as Asian fusion favorites to our new customers at Old North State Food Hall.”

PAT THAI joins Aroma de Cuba, Luna Pizza, Mr. Outrageous Gourmet Burgers and Hot Dogs, Spice Me Up Authentic Mediterranean Cuisine, White Swan BBQ and Fried Chicken, and Longleaf Tavern, offering a full-service bar as well as a unique events venue accommodating groups for all occasions, catered on-site by Johnston County’s favorite caterer, Provisions.
