Johnston County — The Partnership for Children of Johnston County is set to host its inaugural “Fore the Kids” Golf Tournament on Friday, April 4th, at the Country Club of Johnston County. The event aims to raise funds to support programs and initiatives that enhance the well-being of children in Johnston County. Proceeds will be utilized for resources such as parenting education for caregivers, classroom support for teachers, and car seats for children. The day will include a catered lunch, and prizes will be awarded to the top three teams. There are sponsorship opportunities and teams of four available for purchase at bit.ly/pfcgolf25. For more information, please contact Alicia Davis at 919-397-7823 or adavis@pfcjc.org.
“At the Partnership, we promote growth, education, and safety for children through empowered families, quality child care, and strong community partnerships,” says Candy Scott, Executive Director. “Each monetary gift we receive can help prevent diaper rash, train child care providers, and reduce child abuse. When you give to the Partnership, you can be confident that your contribution will build bright futures for Johnston County children.”
The “Fore the Kids” Golf Tournament replaces the organization’s previous fundraiser auction, Raise the Booty, providing longtime donors a new way to contribute while inviting new supporters to join the cause. Register a team, become a sponsor, or make a donation today, and join the Partnership in driving change one putt at a time!
