New Dining Concept Takes Over the Former Old North State Food Hall at Triangle East Collaborative
Selma, N.C., TBC, 2026 - AdVenture Development developer of Eastfield in Selma, N.C., announced that The Paradise Mexican Buffet will officially open its doors on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.AdVenture Development President Kevin Dougherty said, “We welcome The Paradise Mexican Buffet to the Triangle East Collaborative building at Eastfield. The new dining destination features a rotating buffet of Mexican staples and regional specialties for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, live cooking stations, weekly specials, and additional amenities including a full-service bar, live entertainment and seasonal farmers markets. Diners can also enjoy freshly prepared American favorites made to order throughout the day at the Paradise Grill.
Grand Opening Celebration
The doors will open at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15; a ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m., marking the official grand opening of The Paradise and welcoming community members, local leaders and guests to celebrate the new destination. Special grand opening offer: The first 50 lunch guests will receive $2 off their lunch buffet. The first 50 dinner guests will receive $4 off their dinner buffet. The Paradise invites residents throughout Johnston County and surrounding communities to be among the first to experience the new restaurant and celebrate its opening.
