KS Bank Welcomes Travis B. Bailey as Chief Administrative Officer, EVP

(SMITHFIELD, N.C.) – KS Bank, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Travis B. Bailey to its Senior Executive Management team as the Chief Administrative Officer. In this role, Bailey will lead the bank’s retail branches and management and ensure that KS Bank continues to deliver exceptional service and build strong community relationships.

Bailey brings more than twenty years of experience in community banking, most recently serving as Triangle Regional Executive and Senior Vice President at First Bank. Throughout his career, he has earned a reputation for building high-performing teams, fostering customer-first service, and developing meaningful connections in the communities he serves.

A native of Harnett County and a graduate of Campbell University, Bailey has deep roots across Harnett, Johnston, and Wake Counties. He and his wife live in Fuquay-Varina with their two children. When he’s not at work, Bailey enjoys spending time with his family on their horse farm, attending his children’s horse shows, and giving back through church and youth leadership activities.
