Eastfield Associates Secures Financing for Mixed-Use Development in Raleigh Metro Area

Dollar Bank is lender for future industrial, retail, hospitality, medical and residential
development in Johnston County

Selma, NC (June 11, 2021) – Eastfield Associates LLC is pleased to announce that it has closed on financing with Dollar Bank to develop a 135,000 SF industrial spec building at 101 E.
Providence Blvd in Selma, NC. The property is the first to be developed in Eastfield, a 3 million
SF mixed-use smart city development to include industrial, retail, medical, hospitality, senior
living and residential space located at I-95 Exits 97 and 98 in the Triangle East Raleigh metro
area.

The spec building, also known as Building 100, is a state-of-the-art industrial project located in a certified North Carolina Opportunity Zone. The 36’ clear tilt up concrete building is suitable for
advanced manufacturing, distribution or warehouse space-to-suit.



Eastfield is partnering with AT&T, Siemens, and Broadband Hospitality (BBH) to create the first
smart city development in Johnston County. This building, as well as the entire development,
will offer an integrated, intelligent technology infrastructure.

AdVenture Development, a real estate developer and investor of mixed-use properties, serves
as project developer for Eastfield, while Arco Design/Build will provide comprehensive design
and construction services for Building 100.
