Smithfield, NC — Leadership Johnston, a premier program dedicated to cultivating informed, engaged, and connected community leaders, is proud to announce the graduation of its 2025 class. The graduation ceremony will be held Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Lane's Seafood & Steakhouse at Gregory Vineyards, with a reception at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
Over the past nine months, the 2025 Leadership Johnston class—comprising bankers, educators, attorneys, healthcare professionals, developers, business owners, and managers—has explored the key issues, opportunities, and challenges shaping Johnston County. Through immersive sessions, collaborative projects, and leadership development experiences, participants have built connections and strengthened their capacity to make a lasting impact on their communities.
“Leadership Johnston continues to be a powerful force for community growth,” said Kelly Wallace, President and CEO of Triangle East Chamber. “Each year’s class brings together an incredible cross-section of professionals who are passionate about Johnston County’s future.”
The graduation ceremony is open to supporters of the 2025 class, program alumni, and individuals interested in beginning or continuing their own leadership journey. Attendees can look forward to an evening of inspiration, networking, and community celebration as the program honors this year’s graduates.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses seeking to connect their brand with leadership, professional growth, and community engagement.
