Although work cultures and climates are constantly evolving, the art of business etiquette still has its place in the workplace. During this meeting, participants will be briefed in business etiquette, networking, netiquette, and best practices for communication. General knowledge and skills in these areas are necessary to build strong and lasting relationships with both potential and existing clientele.
