17th Annual Free Shred Event
Craig Olive, Johnston County Register of Deeds, announced Tuesday that his 17 th annual Shred Event is scheduled for Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00AM – 12:00PM. The event is free to the public and will be held in the parking lot of Rose Manor Shopping Center, located at 1519 W. Market St, Smithfield, NC. This year’s event is also sponsored by Local Government Federal Credit Union, Civic Federal Credit Union, The Johnston County Report, Speedy/Neal, Hinson’s Printing, and InterState Outdoor, Inc. A
