KS Bank Vice President graduates from the 86th North Carolina School of Banking
(SMITHFIELD, NC) - KS Bank’s Brian Stewart, Relationship Manager, Vice President at their Four Oaks branch, is a 2022 graduate from the North Carolina School of Banking (NCSB). The NCSB is one of the oldest state banking association banking schools in the nation. It is dedicated to expanding the skills and abilities of middle managers and prospective managers. Bankers who enroll in the school spend a week each August for four consecutive years to receive training in a college setting. The 2022 program ran from August 2-6 at the Raleigh Crabtree Marriott.
President/CEO of KS Bank, Earl W. Worley, Jr. said, “We are very proud of Brian Stewart and his recent graduation from the 86th North Carolina School of Banking. The skills and knowledge he learned will surely enhance his work with KS Bank and in turn, with his customers. We are very thankful that our staff is always eager to learn, grow, and improve.”
“Congratulations to the class of 2022, for your successful completion and graduation of the 86th North Carolina School of Banking,” said Dr. Harry Davis, Dean of the NCSB. “Over the last four years, you have worked through unprecedented circumstances and made friendships that will last throughout your careers. We look forward to watching you continue to strengthen your communities and succeed in your careers in the financial services industry.”
The faculty of the NCSB consists of experienced bankers, professors, regulatory officials, attorneys, and others who have expert knowledge of the subject areas. Approximately 40 faculty teach at the school, and some have been associated with the program for many years. Faculty and courses are critically evaluated to ensure that banker-students receive the best possible professional education.
