KS Bank Promotes James Boring to Mortgage Loan Officer Position
KS BANK PROMOTES JAMES BORING TO MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER POSITION
(SMITHFIELD, NC) - KS Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of James Boring to mortgage loan officer. In this new role, Boring will assist consumers in Johnston, Wake, and Wilson counties with their mortgage lending needs.
Boring has been with KS Bank since 2021 working as a mortgage loan processor. In his new role, he will work directly with mortgage lending clients. In addition, he will market the bank’s mortgage services to potential clients, realtors, and businesses.

Boring resides in West Smithfield with his wife, two kids, and 3 dogs. He studied at the Poole College of Management at N.C. State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside and going to N.C. State football and basketball games with his family.
