I’m Danny Lee Grant Jr., a dedicated leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in sales and management. I got my start at 18, managing a team of 60 telemarketers, and later built a successful career in the manufactured housing industry. After serving as General Manager and Sales Manager for a decade, I joined Modern Housing in 2009 and proudly became its owner in 2017. I’m driven by hard work, integrity, and a passion for helping people find quality, affordable homes, and I lead with a hands-on, purpose-driven approach focused on long-term success and strong relationships.
