About Us
Leadership Johnston is a leadership development program sponsored by the Johnston County Association of Chambers of Commerce and Johnston Community College. The mission of the program is to enhance the leadership skills of people throughout Johnston County through a focused capacity building effort. The skills learned through the program are designed to help participants be more productive leaders in the workplace and to encourage active civic leadership as volunteers, volunteer leaders and holders of public office. There are eight, monthly, all day sessions beginning in October, plus a weekend retreat. Sessions will be held on the first Thursday of each month.
