About Us

Known for its ButterBurgers and Fresh Frozen Custard, Culver's of Selma will be open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. for dine-in service. Drive-thru, curbside pickup and delivery will be available until 11 p.m.

The Selma location will be owned and operated by Cody Findlay, whose path to restaurant ownership began more than a decade ago as an entry-level employee.

Findlay joined Culver’s at age 19 while living in Wisconsin and has spent the past 11 years working his way through the company’s management ranks. Along the way, he participated in Culver’s mentorship program, where experienced franchise owners help train future restaurant operators. Findlay and his wife, Shellbee, are looking forward to becoming part of the Johnston County community while creating opportunities for local employees.

Culver’s signature ButterBurger is prepared with fresh, never-frozen beef and served on a lightly buttered, toasted bun. The restaurant is also known for its Fresh Frozen Custard, which is made in small batches throughout the day and can be customized with dozens of toppings and mix-ins.

The menu also includes chicken sandwiches, fresh salads, crinkle-cut fries, Wisconsin cheese curds and children’s meals.

Founded in Sauk City, Wisconsin, more than 40 years ago, Culver’s has grown to more than 1,000 family-owned restaurants across 26 states and now in Selma, North Carolina!
