Choices Pregnancy Center is a nonprofit organization in Smithfield, North Carolina, dedicated to supporting women, men, and families through pregnancy and early parenthood with compassionate, confidential, and no-cost care. We provide services including pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound services, parenting and prenatal education, material assistance, community referrals, and ongoing emotional support.
Our mission is to walk alongside individuals and families with kindness, honesty, and practical support — helping them feel informed, valued, and empowered during every stage of their journey.
