This program is for employers with 10 or more fulltime W2 employees. The employer can offer zero-net cost employee benefits while the employee experiences zero out of pocket healthcare coverage.
The program delivers voluntary benefits without reducing employees' take home pay and it saves employers $300 to $500 per year per enrolled employee.
