My Kid's Club serving Johnston County (formerly The Boys and Girls Clubs) and N.C. Cooperative Extension’s Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) are hosting the Selma Healthy Families Jamboree. We are celebrating the inauguration of My Kids Club serving Johnston County in conjunction with EFNEP’s 50th anniversary and the Selma Elementary School Parent Teacher Community Organization (SES PTCO) first year serving Selma Elementary School. The purpose of the Selma Healthy Families Jamboree is to bring awareness about the importance of Healthy Eating, Physical Fitness, and overall Healthy Living. The Selma Healthy Families Jamboree will be held on March 23rd, Saturday 2019 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. It will be held behind the Selma Elementary School, 311 W Richardson Street, Selma, NC. Please come out and show your support for the Selma & surrounding communities and for living a healthier lifestyle. There will be free food, door prizes, and fun activities for all. Bring a lawn chair to enjoy the day with us! Community vendors will be present to promote their services to the community.
