Divine Destiny is Johnston County's ONLY State Certified Adult Day Health Care Center serving elderly or disabled citizens, as well as proudly serve our Veterans.  They provide supervised, professional care during the day which allow participants to return home in the evenings. They help families manage the responsibilities of caring for those with chronic conditions.
