To kick-off the 2016 Ham & Yam Festival, Downtown Smithfield Development Corporation will host a Sponsors Reception on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at Bistro on Third. Sponsors for the festival will be recognized.Following the reception is the Kiwanis Ham & Yam Dinner at Centenary United Methodist Church.
