Debra Morgan, anchor with WRAL-TV will moderate the panel discussion with Carrie Peele (CEO, Blue Diamond Worldwide Transportation); Stephanie Beasley (Radiology Instructor with Johnston Community College); Lori Lee (Founder, Me Fine Foundation); Crystal Roberts (Owner, Mountaintop Productions); and Leonor Clavijo (Executive Director, North Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce).
Special entertainment will be provided by the JoCo Golden Girls.

Debra Morgan, EmCeeDebra has been with WRAL-TV since 1993. She is a five-time Emmy Award winner and a recipient of the Women of Achievement Award in Journalism from the North Carolina Women's Club. She has been involved in the community, serving on various boards and as honorary chairwoman for fundraisers. One of her most memorable assignments in North Carolina was her initiation into ACC basketball doing live reports (covered in beer) from Franklin Street when UNC won it all in 1993. She has covered stories in the eye of a hurricane and while a suspect's father fired a gun at the news crew.
