Preparing your workforce to reopen
As we conclude our first quarter discussions of reflecting on the past year and lessons learned, we must turn our attention to the future. With businesses preparing to reopen, we felt that this would be a perfect time to not only discuss the expectations from employers but also how to manage during these times, how to have those difficult conversations regarding reopening, and how to ensure that managers are taking care of themselves during the transition. Join us on April 27 as we hear from HR specialist, Rachel Trunkey.
