The Chamber has six committees that meet on a monthy basis. The price for the proposal must be $8.75 (tax inculded) per person or less.
The food must be delivered to the meeting site and set up by 11:45am the day of the meeting. The meeting dates are as follows:
Education (20-25 people)....The 1st Monday of each month
Economic Development (20-25 people)...the 2nd Monday of each month
Board of Directors(20 people)....the 2nd Tuesday of each month
Member Services (15-20 people)...the 3rd Monday of each month
Public Policy (8-10 people)....the 4th Monday of each month
Executive Board (10 people)...the 4th Tuesday of each month
Please send send a seperate proposal for each committee that you wish to bid on by 1-31-2011.
You will be contacted by Feb. 3rd from the Chamber with the results.
