• Platinum - $1,000 (Includes:  Recognition in all printed material and at banquet; opportunity to speak at event; sponsorship for 6 teachers and their guests; and 16 reserved seats at the banquet)
• Gold - $500 (Includes:  Recognition in all printed material and at banquet; sponsorship for 4 teachers and their guests; and 8 reserved seats at the banquet)
• Silver - $250 (Includes:  Recognition in all printed material, local media and at banquet; sponsorship for 2 teachers and their guests; and 4 reserved seats at banquet)
• Bronze - $100 (Includes:  Recognition at banquet; sponsorship of 1 teacher and their guest; and 2 reserved seats at banquet)
