SUMMARY:Downtown Smithfield Wine Walk
DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, November 15th\, the Downtown Smithfield Development Corporation will host its third annual wine tasting to raise money for Harbor and the programs it supports. The Wine Walk fundraiser will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. as a continued part of the Downtown Smithfield's monthly Third on Third series. Walkers will visit participating businesses in the downtown district to sample a selection of regional\, national and international wines at each location. \n\n	 \n\n	Walkers will begin at Harbor's Pizazz\, located at 119 North Third Street in Downtown Smithfield\, where tickets will be available for $20 per person. Walkers will then be given a wristband to wear\, which will allow them to taste ten wines at other downtown businesses.  The first hundred participants will be given commemorative wine glasses.\n\n	 \n\n	Businesses participating in the Wine Walk include Pizazz\, the Johnston County Heritage Center\, 231 Market Classic Printing\, Market Street Coffee and Bakery\, the Ava Gardner Museum\, Plus Plus Consignment\, Jewel's Formals\, Evans Jewelers\, The Yoga Connection\, Bistro On Third\, Memory Lane Frame Shop\, and Aspect Financial.\n\n	 \n\n	There will also be live entertainment throughout the evening\, as well as free carriage rides within the downtown district.\n\n	 \n\n	Harbor is Johnston County's only nonprofit agency providing service and assistance to victims of domestic violence\, sexual assault and women in transition. Harbor provides safe\, compassionate\, and advocacy services\, resources\, and programs.
