(Emergency Room) or send someone there!\n\n \nTopics include: \n\n\n	"Un-hooking" from a dysfunctional family\n	How to "Gear Up" for drama\n	How to reflect on what you need\n	Setting healthy boundaries\, mindfulness and more!\n\nDr. Christina Strayer is the owner and CEO of Animal-Assisted Therapy of the Triangle\, PC\, a psychotherapist at One-Eighty counseling in Garner\,a Certified Counselor in Trauma Procedures (CCTP)\, a Distance Credentialed Counselor\, an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist\, trained in Animal Assisted Therapy in Counseling (AAT-C)\, certified in Mindfulness techniques and a national presenter for PESI a continuing education organization. Christina provides group sessions and workshops at times on various topics such as Compassion Fatigue/Managing Stress\, Grief Processing\, and DBT/Art/AAT Techniques for Adolescents for Emotional Regulation.  Her prior teaching background includes Exceptional Children and adjunct Professor at Campbell University.  \n\n\n\nThe Chamber Women's Business Network (CWBN) focuses on the development of professional women through events that support scholarships for continued  educational opportunities for women. They hold approximately three major events a year and  are responsible for planning the events and soliciting sponsorships.
