It provides practical steps and techniques that everyone can learn.  \n\n\n\nThe purpose of this presentation is to provide you with the knowledge to recognize causes of workplace conflict\, how to facilitate resolution of conflict and how to manage the work relationships once the conflict has been resolved.\n\n\n\nPresented by\n\n\n\nMelissa Overton\, RN\, BSN\n\nMedicalTraining.Me\n\n\n\nMelissa will present a SHRM presentation that challenges us to grow in our ability to resolve conflict and become better communicators. They hold approximately three major events a year and  are responsible for planning the events and soliciting sponsorships.
