SUMMARY:CWBN Dare to Lead Roundtable: Work - Life Harmony
DESCRIPTION:Balance implies that work and life are weighted against each other on opposite sides of a scale\, so the imbalance created by the environments in which we live create a lack of harmony for our lives. In this session\, we will discuss ways to work towards achieving harmony (instead of balance!) that will help provide us with happiness\, satisfaction and fulfillment. Especially as we face the challenges that come with a pandemic\, it is critical for us as women to focus on actionable solutions such as attitude\, self-care\, connections\, and perspective to help us find the harmony we all deserve.\n\n\n\nPresented by\n\n\n\nKelly West\, Regional Platform Segment Manager\n\nFirst Citizens Bank\n\n\n\nKelly has been facilitating informative sessions for the past 15 years to help men and women become more strategic in developing themselves both personally and professionally.
