DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, May 9\, 2014 volunteer lawyers from the Johnston County Bar Association will hold public "Ask-A-Lawyer" day at the atrium area of the Johnston County Courthouse in Smithfield\, North Carolina\, from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m.\n\n \n\nDuring this event\, individuals with questions about legal issues or the legal system in general will be able to talk with lawyers on a one-on-one basis. All members of the general public are invited and encouraged to come to the event with any questions they may have.\n\n \n\nThe program is a public service of the North Carolina Bar Association and Johnston County Bar Association\, and is provided at no cost to the public.\n\n \n\nThe local coordinator is Thomas S. Berkau (919-934-4634) tom@sst-law.com.  Johnston County Bar Association President is Emery D. Ashley (919-934-9484)  EmeryAshley@aol.com Media\, volunteer lawyers\, and members of the public can contact local coordinator or the the JCBA President directly for more information about the event.
