DESCRIPTION:The Triangle East Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate professional leadership at our annual ATHENA Leadership Award Dinner on Thursday\, October 9. Join us as we celebrate our semifinalists and announce the 2025 Triangle East ATHENA International Leadership Award Recipient.\n\n\n\nThis year's finalists are:\n\nCarol Arnn\n\nRachel Ayers\n\nTammy Braglin\n\nShanna Capps\n\nCathy Delano\n\nRanda Gay\n\nKim LeQuire\n\nAmy Locklear\n\nRuth Marler\n\nAnn Rizzardi\n\nSusie Reeves\n\nAmy Stanley\n\nGretchen Williams\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe keynote speaker will be Dr. Stephanie Helms Pickett\, vice president for equity\, belonging and culture at Antioch University. She has extensive experience in higher education administration and has served at North Carolina State University and Duke University.  While at Duke she served as the Director of the Women's Center.\n\n\n\nDr. Helms Pickett interests are in the areas of higher education policy\, women's engagement\, cultural competency\, and faith and leadership. She is the author of six books and writes a weekly blog integrating faith into leadership.\n\n \n\nAbout the ATHENA Leadership Award\n\n\n\nThe ATHENA Award is presented to an individual who is recognized for professional excellence\, for providing valuable service to their community and for actively assisting women in their attainment of professional excellence and leadership skills.  The ATHENA Award highlights what Recipients have accomplished in addition to paving a path for future successes.  The award is established through local host organizations in partnership with ATHENA's national underwriters\, local businesses and individual sponsors. By honoring exceptional leaders\, the ATHENA Award Program seeks to inspire others to achieve excellence.
