It continues to offer leadership skill training and a close up look inside Johnston County from local government to education to healthcare to economic development and much more.\n\n\n\n\n\n"What makes us weird also makes us wonderful.  What makes us weak also makes us strong."  This year's keynote speaker is Dr. David Rendall. Prior to becoming a speaker\, he was a management professor and stand-up comedian. He also managed nonprofit enterprises that provided employment for people with disabilities. He has more than twenty years of experience leading people and organizations.
