As part of the program\, a number of community awards are presented\, including Citizen of the Year\, Distinguished Citizens\, the Athena Award\, Jimmy Creech Small Business Person of the Year\, Outstanding Chamber Volunteers and Life Memberships in the Chamber.\n\n\n\nEntertainment will be provided by the Smithfield Middle School band.  Complimentary beer (sponsored by Double Barley Brewing) and wine will be offered at the reception.
