The Nautical Group

Carrie is the Senior Vice President of Client Development at The Nautical Group, a boutique executive search firm.  

She is an active volunteer with FFA at both the state and national levels. She also serves as the Senior Vice President of Engagement with United Partnerships, focused on leadership development within Employee Resource Groups.

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from Purdue University. She has called Eastern Wake County home for more than two decades with her husband, two boys, and always a slew of Irish and Gordon Setters.
