An elevated spinoff from our previous annual Wonder Women event, Lead Her Ship is designed to take professional women's empowerment to the next level.
In a world that asks women to follow, we choose to lead. We move against the current with courage, trust our instincts when the path is difficult, and grow stronger with every challenge we face. The strongest currents shape the strongest swimmers-and together, we keep moving forward, honoring how far we've come and believing in how far we can go.
Our 2026 event will build on Confidence and Courage while understanding the importance of focusing on Balance, Wellness, and Purpose.
