SUMMARY:2022 Springhill Outfitters' Pig Fest
DESCRIPTION:*Registration for the event is $150 per team and is due to Springhill Outfitters no later than August 19th\, 2022\n\n*This year's event will be held at The Farm at 95 during the 2022 Southern Outdoor Classic\n\n*40 Team cut off\n\n*This is a whole hog NCPC sanctioned cooking competition\n\n*Set up will begin on Friday\, August 26th at 12pm. Cooking sites will be available first come\, first serve.\n\n*Chief Cook's Meeting and meat distribution will be held at 6:30pm on Friday. This will also be when we determine the order that the teams will be judged.\n\n*Quiet time to begin at 11pm and extend to 6am the following morning.\n\n*Judging will begin at 9a. Your team will be judged in the order determined on Friday night.\n\n*Awards presentation will take place at 1p or after the judging is complete.
